Beginning her career in the security industry eight years ago as a young mother of four, Misty embarked on a path that would not only provide for her family but also carve out her place as a leader and an example of success. Her journey from a security officer to an accomplished account manager is a testament to her dedication and resilience.

Misty rapidly climbed the ranks, showcasing her exceptional skills and commitment. She now manages corporate accounts for esteemed clients such as Meta, ComEd, BorgWarner, Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, JP Morgan Chase, and the Chicago Housing Authority. Her reputation in the industry is one of reliability and excellence; when Misty is in charge, clients are assured that their security needs are expertly met.

From her start as a field guard, Misty quickly ascended to the role of lead officer within just six months, where she trained and supervised a team of 50 guards across various accounts. Her journey continued as she advanced from corporal to sergeant, taking on more significant responsibilities with each step. Misty's expertise extends to conducting thorough security analyses, initiating and managing new contracts, and driving contract growth through specialized training and superior service.

In her current role, Misty adeptly handles profit and loss analysis, optimally adjusting manpower hours to maximize profitability. At her peak, she managed a team comprising 150 officers and 10 field supervisors, striking a balance between operational effectiveness and strategic oversight.

More than a manager, Misty is a mentor and a leader who is committed to fostering the growth of her team.
