His background encompasses a wealth of experience in developing and implementing procedural and data analytic methodologies to mitigate mission risk, leading security teams in high-threat environments, and conducting comprehensive vulnerability assessments.

Mr. Wise's illustrious career began as a decorated prior service Scout Sniper Marine with multiple combat deployments. He has excelled as a highly qualified and experienced Personnel Security Specialist, holding certifications as a Counter Terrorism Instructor and Designated Defensive Marksman Instructor. His proficiency extends to firearms and DDM instruction, with notable roles at SOTG and Triple Canopy. Lathel is also a highly trained Combatives Specialist.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wise has contributed significantly to the security industry, serving as an Assistant Instructor for Predator Tactical Unarmed Combat Systems (PTUCS) at Predator Security and Defense (PSD) in Kalispell, MT, from 2013 to 2018. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his certifications, including the BSIS Armed Security Guard and Counter Terrorism Instructor Course.
